Start with the mechanism.
Then the tools.

Order flow, auction market theory and market structure are the foundation this book builds on. RSI, EMAs, Fibonacci, Wyckoff, Smart Money Concepts come after — treated as what they are: aids to interpretation, useful in their place, and easier to judge once you know what they sit on top of.

The premise

Most trading books hand you a system.
This one starts one layer deeper.

Price forms in a continuous auction between buyers and sellers. Order flow and market structure are how that auction becomes readable. Indicators and frameworks are layered on top — and the book is deliberate about which is which, so you can weigh any new concept instead of collecting it.

ONE

Read the auction directly

Before any indicator: how price forms, what order flow and structure reveal, and how to tell a strong move from a weak one.

TWO

Put the tools in their place

Fibonacci, EMAs, RSI, Wyckoff, Smart Money Concepts: what each one is actually showing you, where it genuinely helps, and where it stops.

THREE

Build the process

Risk and the math of survival, the plan, the journal, the routine — the part that decides whether any of the rest matters.

IN PROGRESS

Become A Trader

Written by someone who studied economics, works in finance, and still spent years being wrong on the chart. It is honest about what this takes: not profitable by Friday, and the realistic timeline is measured in years.

  • Order flow, auction theory and structure as the foundation
  • Illustrated throughout with original diagrams
  • Risk before strategy — always
  • Written to be worked through, not skimmed

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this for beginners?

Yes — it starts at what trading really is and what to realistically expect. But it doesn't stay there: later parts cover options gamma, dealer hedging, VIX and bond yields. Chapters marked [Advanced] can be read lightly first and revisited.

Will this make me profitable?

No book will, and the book says so on page one. It won't make you profitable by Friday. The realistic timeline is measured in years. What it gives you is a framework so those years are spent building skill rather than searching for a shortcut.

When does it come out?

The book is in progress. There's no fixed date yet — waitlist subscribers hear first.

Is the journal really available in pink?

Yes. The Pink Edition is planned alongside the Classic version.

Is this financial advice?

No. All content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. Trading carries significant risk, including the total loss of your capital.
